HYBRID Performance is designed to help you become the quintessential HYBRID athlete, with the elegant explosiveness of an Olympic weightlifter combined, the raw strength of a powerlifter and the aesthetic physique of a bodybuilder. “Move well, lift heavy, and look good” is what this program is all about.
Coached by Hayden Bowe, HYBRID Performance thoughtfully combines weightlifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding elements to give you a little bit of everything without compromise.
HYBRID Performance is the perfect program for lifters looking to maximize their athletic potential. Athletes who train HYBRID Performance should have some experience with the core lifts: squat, bench press, deadlift, snatch, and the clean and jerk. We recommend that novices and beginners who are still getting comfortable with these lifts to explore HYBRID Lite for a more introductory approach to these movements.
For this program, you will need access to a barbell, a rack, and a variety of weight plates. Bumper plates and an Olympic bar will be ideal for weightlifting movements. A rack of dumbbells and other common gym equipment like a cable machine, a pull-up bar, and bands will also be ideal to complete the accessory work. The app and our coaches will help with exercise substitutions if you do not have access to specific equipment.
