HYBRID WOD combines the strength training principles with conditioning methods that take your fitness to the next level and forge fitness champions.
The program is guaranteed to help athletes of all levels progress. Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been in the game for a while, you’ll take the time to revisit the basics and master the fundamentals. From there, the program builds off of itself, including a balance of skill work, strength and conditioning, and hypertrophy movements.
For this program you will need access to a typical functional fitness gym or home gym set up including a barbell, a rack, a variety of weight plates, a rack of dumbbells or kettlebells, aerobic implements such as air bike, rower, etc, and other sport specific implements. The app and our coaches will help with exercise substitutions if you do not have access to specific equipment.
