The secret is out. This is a 12-week protocol during which you will work on improving all of the factors that are essential to building the your biggest deadlift possible. While this program places a large emphasis on the deadlift, it serves as a comprehensive strength protocol involving other key compound lifts, including squat variations and lower/upper body accessory work. The program will guide you through a full peaking phase, after which you will test for your new 1RM deadlift in the final week of training
