Whether you’re a seasoned competitor looking to get that extra edge, or a new athlete looking to learn your way around the Strongman implements, HYBRID Strongman will take your raw strength and event execution to the next level.
For this program, you’ll need staple strength training equipment like a barbell, plates, squat rack, bench, platform, and rack of dumbbells. It’s also ideal to have access to a few basic Strongman implements like the axle bar, log, atlas stone, and yoke. If you don’t have every piece of specialized Strongman equipment, that’s okay– the HYBRID team can give you suggestions for appropriate substitutions in the exclusive HYBRID Strongman Discord community.
