For this program, you’ll need staple strength training equipment like a barbell, plates, squat rack, bench, platform, and rack of dumbbells. It’s also ideal to have access to a few basic Strongman implements like the axle bar, log, atlas stone, and yoke. If you don’t have every piece of specialized Strongman equipment, that’s okay– Eddie and the HYBRID team can give you suggestions for appropriate substitutions in the exclusive HYBRID Beast Discord community.
