The HYBRID WOD PRO Training program track for elite level competitors only.

If you expect to qualify for quarterfinals, semifinals, or the Games then this is the program you need.

This track builds on the foundation of the flagship program, providing all of the extra work necessary to compete at the highest level of the sport. Expect to train 3 to 4 hours a day, in two sessions, 6 days a week.

HWPO PRO will follow the competitive season.

The sign up window is limited, November 29 to December 6, once the doors close you’ll have to wait until the next season.
We start on December 6, this happens to be a rest day because Mat trains to prepare you for events that happen through Sunday in most cases.

With PRO, Mat has included all the extra bonus work for those of you who are on track to compete at the highest level.
He’s taken everything he’s learned over the years from all of the grueling swim workouts, track sessions, and highly advanced movements and arranged it all into one comprehensive beast of a program.

HWPO Pro is not for the faint of heart.

This program calls for a much larger training volume and higher skill level.

It's for the select few who have their eyes set on performing on the biggest stage.

If your goal is to go to the Games, this is the program for you.

HWPO PRO will also have two Zoom calls a Month with Mat.
